Business or service is still not known, except banking or developer. Amid growing needs of the Valuer / Appraisal to increase, demand for valuation services increased as well. As an appraiser who previously limited company form into private company or partnership, would not want exposed to the business itself. Factors professionalism and integrity to be betting on the middle market that often intersect with bad desire.
To the valuer, in order to keep the faith and professionalism, do not be tempted by false hope or promise delivered for example: will accept big money. The service user (not always), often requested that the work is determined in advance with a minimum fee. It seems they do not appreciate the results of our work, only to meet the user’s momentary interests.
Here were also complaints some friends as a valuer, end uses that take advantage of the situation: fellow valuer no cohesion in establishing professionalism, too busy taking care of internal, easily pitted against the sheep from the external.This becomes a challenge of the assessors in the future, especially in Indonesia, we often referred to as the nepotism that is quite thick.
Hopefully can expect, information disclosure in the all case a top priority, so as to obtain more accurate data, the results of any work as a valuer, being accountable.
